HUSBAND™ Website Terms of Service

Effective Date: June 25, 2025

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of www.husbandvitamins.com and any related products, test kits, services, consultations, mobile features, communications, or digital content provided by HUSBAND™ (“HUSBAND,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) (collectively, the “Site”).

By using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any applicable Product Consent or Research Consent. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. Eligibility
You must be 18 years or older (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) and located in Canada or the U.S. to use the Site.

2. Our Services
HUSBAND™ provides:

  • Functional health supplements
  • At-home dried blood spot lab testing (powered by SiPhox Health)
  • Optional health consultations
  • Educational content and personalized guidance tools

3. No Medical Advice
HUSBAND™ does not offer medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. This includes all content, reports, and any free or paid consultation (ie., with Bryce Wylde). Always consult your licensed healthcare provider before making health decisions.

4. Product Eligibility
Our services and products may not be legal or available in all jurisdictions. Use is void where prohibited.

5. Research Participation
Participation in beta or research programs is optional and will require your explicit consent. De-identified data may be used to improve our services.

6. Data & Privacy
HUSBAND™ complies with Canadian privacy laws (ie., PIPEDA) but is not a HIPAA-covered entity. Our partner SiPhox Health complies with HIPAA in the U.S. See our Privacy Policy for details.

7. Additional Terms & Conflicts
Use of testing services is subject to SiPhox’s Product Consent. If you’ve signed a separate agreement with us, it governs in case of conflict.

8. Account Registration
You are responsible for maintaining your login credentials and for any activity that occurs under your account.

9. User Conduct
You agree not to:

  • Use the Site for unlawful or fraudulent purposes
  • Submit false or misleading information
  • Scrape, decompile, or reverse-engineer the Site
  • Interfere with the functionality or security of the Site
  • Resell products without our written consent

10. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site is owned by HUSBAND™ or its licensors (ie., Kaneka®, Testosurge®, Sunfiber®). Do not reproduce or use without permission.

11. Communication Consent
By submitting your phone number or email, you consent to receive transactional and promotional messages. You can opt out at any time.

12. Affiliate & Influencer Disclosure
Some partners may receive compensation for referring you to HUSBAND™. These relationships are disclosed where required by law.

13. Pricing, Shipping & Returns
All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated.

  •          Test kits are non-refundable once opened or registered
  •          Supplements must be unopened to qualify for return (within posted window)
  •          Pre-orders may ship after production thresholds are met

14. Modifications to Services
We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or replace any part of the Site, services, product formulations, or offerings at any time without notice or liability.

15. Availability & Downtime
We make no guarantees about uninterrupted access and are not liable for any Site unavailability.

16. Geographic Restrictions
Use is permitted only in jurisdictions that recognize these Terms. Do not use the Site where doing so is unlawful.

17. Third-Party Services
We may link to third-party websites or tools. HUSBAND™ is not responsible for the practices, policies, or content of those services.

18. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Site and all services are provided “as is” and “as available.”
We disclaim all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and accuracy of results or content.

19. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability will not exceed the greater of:
(a) $100 USD, or
(b) what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind.

20. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless HUSBAND™, its representatives, advisors, clinicians, affiliates, and partners (including SiPhox) against any claims or costs resulting from:

  •          Your use or misuse of our Site or services
  •          Your reliance on our content
  •          Your failure to seek medical advice
  •          Your breach of these Terms

21. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at our discretion, without notice, for any reason including violations of these Terms.

22. Dispute Resolution
All disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration under Ontario’s Arbitration Act. Proceedings will be in English and seated in Toronto. You waive the right to jury trial or class action participation. We may seek injunctive relief for IP violations.

23. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and Canada.

24. Modifications to Terms
We may revise these Terms at any time. Material changes will be posted or emailed. Continued use of the Site indicates your acceptance.

25. Entire Agreement
These Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any signed consents or agreements represent the entire agreement between you and HUSBAND™, superseding all prior understandings.
