Interactions with our AI-powered services (including generative or predictive features) may be processed by third-party providers, including OpenAI, and are governed by their respective terms and data handling policies. No Self-Reported Health Information or Lab Results are knowingly shared with these providers unless required for functionality, in which case all reasonable deidentification and security measures are implemented.

14. Breach Notification Protocol

In the event of a data breach involving your Personal Information, we will notify you in accordance with applicable law and industry standards, and take commercially reasonable steps to mitigate the impact.
